Impresa was born out of a desire to leverage the 100+ years of cumulative leadership experiences and relationships of Arizona’s most senior-ranking public safety executives. Together, this group has encountered and overcome every imaginable scenario by implementing a strategic and collaborative approach, from the initial planning to event execution or conclusion. Drawing from their collective experiences in police and fire management, the FBI, and Homeland Security, the Impresa team is ready to help you develop and execute a plan for your community.

Before Impresa became the group that it is today, it started with a childhood friendship between Principal Executives, Jeri Williams and Kara Kalkbrenner, and would continue throughout their decorated careers in public service. As both women built their careers, becoming the first female Chiefs of Police and Fire, respectively, they leveraged their leadership and trust in one another which allowed for numerous large-scale collaborations throughout their careers. It is from those collaborative experiences and a desire to continue to answer the call to service, that Impresa Strategy was born.
